مِنْ نُطْفَةٍ إِذَا تُمْنَىٰ
From a sperm when it is emitted.
As explained in verse 76: 2 the body of male and female is created from the sperm emitted from the testicles of male, and from the ovum emitted from the loin of female. See explanation 22: 5; and 75: 37-40.
